Chromatic orbit began as a timing exercise: how slowly can a shape travel before an audience stops believing in its weight? The answer became a loop of iridescent ribbons circling a matte core, each pass tuned so the highlight lands on the beat rather than on the frame.
The palette is deliberately narrow — electric blue against warm orange on cream — so the eye reads motion first and color second. Every ribbon shares one easing curve, which keeps a busy composition feeling like a single breath.
The result is a system rather than a one-off: the same rig re-times for a six second social cut, a fifteen second product bumper, or an endless in-store loop without redrawing a frame.
